Farm Merge Valley New Chests

My chests are now disappearing because I can't merge them.  I'm seriously considering burning out.  Paying money for premium access to games that don't even work right.

I didn't see this post prior to posting my own, but I just had the same issue with silver chests.

Having the same issue. Just started today.

That is SO strange - I would swear I merged 3 silver and/or 3 bronze chests this morning! Now I tried to merge 3 silver and I also got the "Combine 3 identical items to merge!" message.

I can't merge crates either.  I never have enough energy to complete the bigger energy tasks, so I rely on opening Gold crates to make up the shortfall.   Why can I not make any Gold crates today?  Was working fine yesterday.  I saw NO published updates or push notifications that would account for this change if it was indeed planned.   

I am having the same problem. No chest merges, and I have disappearing keys. I would very much appreciate Pogo staff telling members what is wrong, how it will be corrected, and how our game accounts will be credited.

Rather than address the issues; they keep implementing these stealth updates that compounds all these problems further.  The general response is get data on affected accounts and put those names into a gift / reimbursement pool. 

I wonder if there was/is an update to the game that most of us are unaware of...

I don't know if the information about the gazebo is true or not, but when I tried to merge three of my silver chests to make a gold chest today, it would not allow me to. I came here for this very reason, to see if I was the only one having this issue.
