Farm Merge Valley: No Tomato Plants

I am on level 47. I received 1 tomato plant on level 45 and have not received any more even after I repaired the tomato on wheels.

I'm on level 48. Opened the Tomato Cart in level 7. AND NO TOMATO PLANTS are coming in the crates! FIX THIS PLEASE!!

I read several comments about this over a week ago. A few people said they didn't get them till level 50. I am at level 49 and am still trying.
