Farm Merge Valley: Not Loading or Freezing

My Farm Merge Valley is also frozen at level 49, 3/4 of the way through it.   I've tried everything I know to free it up but it stays in that frozen state on Chrome, Edge, and Firefox.  I can make Farm Merge Valley work on a friends account so I know my system is working .  Also I have no problems with any other game so I pretty sure it's an EA or Pogo problem.  I've been frozen since the end of August and now that it's the game of the month for September I'm royally pissed.  If I need to go through September without being able to play my Farm Merge Valley,  I'm done with Pogo.   I've spent way too much money on this game and others to be ignored, check my account, I'm Coprof05 and have been a loyal member of Pogo since 2010 and have actually been playing since 2005.
