Re: Missing coins in Farm Merge

Yesterday, I worked on Farm Merge Valley intermittently all day and accrued thousands of coins after spending many gems and grouping my coins in groups of 5 and earning star coins etc. However, the meter to buy my next piece of land never filled up or showed any progress. Same thing this morning. I did not notice the issue at first unfortunately so I did not jot down my coin amount. It's bad enough to buy the gems to proceed with producing the items we need for the coins and energy and such, but a slap in the face to have it not count after buying all of the gems. The rank was working because I achieved another rank but the coin count on the "Buy Land" never registered or filled up and I WAY exceded it. This morning I discovered most of my coins I had collected were gone as well. This SUCKS.

I am having the same issue. Forvme, it started random level 20. I level up, I get new recipes and new items, but I never get coins for it so I can't buy property, repair anything or make new recipes.

Although I am currently at Discovery Book level 2187, my coin total remains at 76 and does not increase when I earn coins. It seems like something may not be updating correctly.
On April 29, 2026, I spent 300 crystals on a bubble purchase, but the item never appeared. I tried again and lost another 300 crystals, still without receiving the item. Since I had just purchased $80 worth of gems, losing 300 crystals has been very discouraging. I would be grateful if you could review the logs and restore the missing crystals and item.
When merging 3 or 4 identical items, the merge sometimes results in only one item of the same level, instead of advancing to the next tier. This causes item loss and makes progression difficult.
The screen frequently jumps or shifts unexpectedly, and at times I’m unable to move items when I try to drag them. This makes gameplay challenging.
If possible, could you please help with the following:
Restoring the 300 crystals lost on 4/29/2026
Reviewing any items lost due to merge issues
Correcting my coin total, which is stuck at 76
I truly enjoy the game and support it regularly, so I would be very grateful for your assistance.

i have had a similar experience with building up wood and bricks.. come in to find they are all missing after working so hard and paying for gems and crystals to help build them up.. only to come in the next day and all wood is missing. it is a slap in the face.. they could have least put the trees back so i could start over but nope not a tree one.. so now i am stuck not being able to build anymore.
Makes me want to quit playing.. and i really like this game.
