Hello and this is a great question! I'm sure others in our community may be wondering the same thing. Lockboxes (also called Reward Chests) are timed — once the countdown ends, they disappear!

Next time one shows up, just click on it and you'll see a countdown timer similar to the one displayed below! Mine is indicating a Bronze Chest with 24h 48m left and a Gold Chest around the same time. These pop up frequently while we're opening crates, so don't worry if you miss one, another will appear before you know it! 🤠

The game features an automatic save function — however, if you want to confirm (as I often do!), just click on the floppy disk icon before you leave. When the green check mark shows up, your game has been saved.
