Farm Merge Valley

I completed the sticker book and have still not received the crates or energy yet either. I didn't receive the 90 crates I claimed in the new challenge. I lost crates and energy bonus for completing one of the categories. They pop up then freeze and are gone. I lost two hours progress the other night. Game freezes and progress is gone. Frustrating.  I have a brand new tablet and just use it for games. There are a lot of bugs in this game.

I haven't even received them, letalone had them disappear again!!! Come on Pogo, stop dropping the ball.  I also have glitches in merge academy and matching moments.

I also did not receive the crates.  It looks like I got the energy.

If anyone from Pogo is reading this, the problem is:  IF THERE ARE ANY CRATES IN STORAGE, REWARD CRATES DO NOT LOAD. I can only get the constellation rewards if I empty the crate first, then claim them.

Of course they load if you buy them.  

The same happened to me.  After seeing the message, I checked, and mine had been added.  Now they are gone!

I read the message and went straight to Farm Merge Valley thinking great, my afternoon is sorted! I see the energy has been credited but no crates. So disappointed yet again...

Exactly! I think that's what happened with mine...it was at the max of 40 so not credited..they need to sort it out.
