Hello and thank you for coming back! I also saw your post about Farm Merge Valley, so I've moved that post here as one picture. Ten years of membership means Pogo is a place you genuinely enjoy, and I'd love to help you get these games loading again for you. 

Currently both Merge Academy and Farm Merge are loading and playing as designed on the Pogo website, this points to something on the browser or device blocking the games from fully displaying and loading for play. 

Since clearing history, cache, cookies and a new browser didn't resolve it, those steps are done and crossed off. The guides given below continue past them into browser settings, extensions, security software, and network checks, and one of those later steps is very likely where your answer lives.

To help pinpoint this faster, would you mind replying with the following?

Device: Laptop, desktop, phone, or tablet?

Setup: Windows 10, Windows 11, or Mac?

Browsers tried, by name: Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, Firefox, or Safari? 

What you see when the game won't load: A blank screen, an error message, a stuck loading bar? A screenshot is perfect if you can grab one.

Security software: Do you have an antivirus or security program (McAfee, Norton, AVG, Avast, or similar)? Some security programs quietly block what these newer games need to load while letting the rest of Pogo through. If that turns out to be the cause, adding Pogo to the program's allow list.

Graphics driver Updates: Graphics drivers are very, very important to gaming! Do you know if your computer has had a graphics driver update recently, or have you seen any update notices waiting?

I have cleared history, cache and cookies.  I even downloaded a new seach engine.  Still the issue is not resolved.  As I said in previous comments, I have been a Club Pogo member for over 10 years and I am seriously considering not renewing my membership.

I have been having the same issues for Merge academy and Farm merge..I have cleared history cache and cookies to no avail.  This problem has been going on since June.  It is very frustrating since these games are challenges and this m akes it very difficult to compete in these games.  I've been a CLUB POGO member for over 10 years and have never had any issues.  Now I wonder why I will even continue to pay for membership when I can't play these games and challenges.   It seems they can't slove this issue.

Because Pogo is a browser-based gaming site each game stores its own data separately. Different games can also place different demands on our browser, system and graphics, so the experience can vary from game to game. Gaming on our devices is a lot different from casual web browsing, so problems can come from an outdated browser, stale cache and cookies, browser extensions like ad blockers or VPNs, pending device or graphics updates, or internet routers - Yes, even our internet routers need a bit of cleaning and updating from time to time.

Please take a moment to work through the troubleshooting guide that matches your device and browser. At first glance, it may seem like a lot, but once you know where to go and what to look for, it becomes much easier, just like anything else. Most of all, take your time and consider watching a video online if you want a better understanding of anything along the way.
