Games Freezing - Mahjong Garden, Trizzle, Scrabble, Yahtzee

Mahjong Garden started freezing up, about a month ago, on my Mac.  Has worked fine for many years.   Updated the Mac IOS to the latest version that this Mac can use after it started freezing - No ...

@EA_Illium Yes had done all of the above and listed in original post.
As to Requirements prior to my post:
- Cleared Cache/Cookies
- Though the ISO was 3 versions newer than required I updated to macOS Monterey (this 2015 Mac can not go any newer)
- Had already updated Google Chrome to latest
- Google Chrome does not have a Private Mode and had worked fine the past few years
- 16 GB RAM
