Games Not Loading on Pogo

nor here but games are playable on my phone, strange?

I cannot get games to load after getting into pogo but games are playable on mobile?

Since 8.30am UK time i have not been able to play any game at all and it is now 15.40am. When is this gonna be sorted pls

Most of your suggestions are not what was happening last night.  I realize you were talking in generalities, but I suspect this was a Pogo problem; sorry.

Here are some of my observations just as feedback:

• I could reach pogo.com and other web pages.  I could see the Pogo home page which looked perfectly normal with badges, top games, recent games, etc, all looking correct.  So this was not a DNS failure nor a WiFi problem.
• I could go to the game page.  The splash screen would come up and there was an attempt to download the game.  Typically, the progress bar would show a tiny amount of progress but then would stop and nothing else happened until an error message popped up saying it couldn't download the game.  It gave the choices of trying again or quitting the game.
• While waiting for a game to load, the chat button was greyed out.  Usually the chat icon comes on before the game quite finishes loading.  It's possible that it just wasn't loaded either but it did occur to me that if the chat was causing an error, that could cause a problem for all the games.
• This seemed to effect everyone:
  • There are a ton of messages here saying the same thing.
  • None of my friends were in any chat during this time which is unusual but not impossible given it was the middle of the night.
  • The chat in Merge Academy had been busy most of the night which is a little unusual, mostly talking about the save problems.  When I looked at the chat, I found no one was chatting during this period; judging from the times I could see, this lasted about two hours.  I think this problem happened from about 4am to about 6am EDT.
• Probably not routine maintenance as this hasn't happened before; unusual maintenance on the Pogo server?
• Not cell tower problem as this did not only effect people on mobile devices.  I am using Firefox on a MacBook Air connected to the internet via WiFi, so no cell tower was involved and yet it wouldn't load.
• My Mac wasn't unusually loaded down and I didn't do anything like quit out of programs taking a lot of CPU or memory.  Yet the games started loading again when this two hour period was over.
• I tried cleaning cookies and still could not load any of the games I tried.  I also tried Safari to get into Merge Academy, and it didn't load there either.

This was all very unusual.  I've been on Pogo for years yet never saw the pop up before about not being unable to load the game.

Was playing when game froze.  Now nothing will load.

same issues here but its working on my phone

im able to get on some now ,but merge academy is not saving again ,this is getting to be a joke

why so many problems with pogo..games not loading just got merge back after 3 days...now this
