Games not loading
I haven't been able to access any games since Friday. They start to load and then I receive an error "Looks like we're having trouble loading the game. Please try again later." I've tried logging in and out, clearing cache, accessing from Chrome and Edge. I also tried installing the app to my computer and still the same issues. Anyone else having this issue? I've chatted with Help and they are going to log this issue as well.
Can you try going through the following steps and let us know if you continue running into issues after?
- Restart your device and modem/router then try to load your game
- Clear your Cache/Cookies (<-- link)
- Check your Device (<-- Link) for updates, Check for Browser (<-- link) Updates
- Try with your Browsers Incognito/Private Mode (This may require you to manually sign in)
- Try another Browser (Chrome, Edge, Safari)
- Check your device meets the Requirements (<-- click here) to play POGO games
