Games not working

I too am having problems with solitaire hone story can not get it to load on any device that I tried plus different browsers so it is very disappointing I can not play this game

I am also having trouble with merge Academy I am stuck at the widsery level I have over 300 gems but it will not advance me

So please help I am tired of paying money and can't play games.
