I was playing my garden blast challenge off the bingo event and I got to 60/90 and my game froze and went out and i have not been able to get it loaded since. All day long. My other games load but not garden blast, I was the last game of the bingo card...
Only had to get the Pogi's for this to finish the tier ........ couldn't as the game stopped loading. Purchased the Gem side for the tiers as well - so thanks to the loading issue - I couldn't finish and lost out on gems :(
I tried to leave a ticket with EA games, and the submit button wouldn't even work. Here's what I wrote -
There's not a category for POGO in EA to send in a ticket for game problems. For the last 30 hours Garden Blast in Pogo will not load. Once you press PLAY it get stuck on the loading screen. I have cleared cache, cookies and history, tried several different browsers, insured the Browsers and my Windows 11 pro software is latest version (running on PC), and cold and hard booted several times. Not all users are having this issue, but many are! If I log out of Pogo and try to play the game as a 'visitor' it loads fine. When I log back into my account - no load again. The SUBMIT for this report isn't working as well!

If you observe others experiencing difficulties, kindly share this message and encourage them to provide information. 💥What usually causes delays is not knowing how to troubleshoot or forgetting to give the team all the details they need. Not everyone is having an issue or using the same device or browsers.
Please check why this game is not loading. It stalls out before hitting 100%. Have tried the usual clearing cache, logging out and in, etc. I notice this is a problem for other users in the community forum.
