Garden Blast Daily Challenges - NOT SOLVED

I saw another thread marked as solved, but it is not. The original poster says that it's not (and gets the same garbage response), other posters report the same issue, and in the Pogo forums folks are reporting the same issue.

In Garden Blast, any of the daily challenges related to winning a certain number of games under certain conditions (ex. without losing, with three stars, without using powerups, etc) are prone to extreme bugginess wherein it'll show that you've reached or exceeded the goal, but you can't collect the reward. This also means you've lost the weekly reward. The attached screenshots show the top goal as having been exceeded, but no option to collect, followed by the option to collect again after I won another game. Before trying to click the "claim" button, you can see the weekly goals at 4/7, but the screenshot after I clicked the claim button shows it back down to 3/7. The claim button is still there, but it just blips back when I try to click on the goal claim or the daily claim. 

To be clear: The solution to this problem is not how to get credited for this particular instance - I am reporting (again) a persistent bug that needs to be fixed in the game universally. 

Screenname is Torilk0718, playing on a PC, using Firefox. Same issue on another PC using Chrome, although clearly this is not an issue that is unique to my system and this info is irrelevant. 

B-t-dubs - the article that supposedly solved the other thread about how to report a bug sent me to a garbage bot that went in circles, and when I tried to report a bug on the EA help site, it sent me right back here again.
