Garden Blast Premium Pass is not activated after purchase

 The game is not showing the purchase of the Sprout pass premium. My gem account was charged.

  • Hi Pogoians,

    I have good news to share! 😊We've shared a make-good with players who've been impacted. The make-good has already been added to eligible accounts. You'll see a notification in your DMs confirming it.  

    If you didn't receive it or the make-good, but believe you're eligible as you were impacted, please contact our support team directly so they can look into things for you.  You'll be able to contact our support team for help with Pogo issues using these steps:

    Why is there still no resolution to this? Many of us are out $15 or more!!!

  • why is this still not resolved I bought my sprout premium past sept. 1 st took my gems but no pass activated still show as lock. I told you about in this thread

    I'm having such problems trying to get help, to get either my 190 gems returned or get the September Sprout pass that I bought. It worked for a day then nothing.

    I can't get help with the same issue. Like a maze trying to get support! I bought the pass, was charged for the pass. Have posted here, have tried several times to run the circuit to get to support...still nothing. Still charged the gems, and no one is doing anything about it.

    Where is the reimbursement for the gems used to purchase an item that still does not work?  It's been over 3 weeks and still no resolution.  Chatting with an advisor is pointless, they can't do anything to help.

  • Bought the garden blast pass, got charged but did not get the pass. Notice posted that make good had been awarded to all and would get DM, but I've not been notified.  I have tried until I lose the will to leave to fill out a help request, but it wll not let me submit it.
