I can't buy any gems, is this not fixable

I go to purchase Gems pick my bundle and get the attached, I wait for a while and try again same message. my pogo name is elbowers8

Can you let me know what payment option you're attempting to use?My card that I have on file for my subscription which is paid automatically every year, I've been a member since 2005 never had a problem
I am having the same issue and have been for awhile. I use my credit cards, not pay pal. From what others say, you get the same message with pay pal. Is this going to be fixed anytime soon? I can't finish a lot of the games and the weekly challenges without some gems. I've been a long time member and never had any problems until now.
is anything being done about my issue, not being able to purchase Gems?
