It's possible there were old Pogo data that was keeping the site from updating on her end. Clearing the cache can help pull down new data, so it is recommended to clear cache on occasion to clear out outdated info.

Clearing cache worked for gin but what about canasta? Still broken?

Hey there, @dcat14.
If you are still having issues seeing each other in Canasta, even after verifying that the game hasn't been started yet with Robots or otherwise, then let's see if the answers from the questions from my post #4 shine some light on things.
To reiterate, but in a Canasta fashion:
- Is your table set public or private?
- Is your table limited to skill levels?
- Is there a time limit / forfeit timer set?
- Are there any changes to your Game Settings, such as the number of Canastas required to meld out?
- Do you have your settings saved for reuse in future games?

I dont see how any of those settings would cause her to not be able to find me.
It is private and she still doesn't see me on.
It auto starts when she joins in gin. Game set up settings didn't mattee..

Hey there, @dcat14.
If it's auto-starting for her before she has a chance to find you, it sounds like she's not going to the Find a Table page but perhaps doing the Quick Play options instead. Looking at it the other way around, if she sets up a table, are you able to find her?
The questions I posed are a bit of a follow-up to a theory that some players have had that if they have different settings saved as their default to the other players wanting to join, that a table won't be visible to them. If you both have the same table settings, then that would invalidate that theory and help us look towards other reasons why you can't see each other.
