card scramble

I am having a problem with card scramble. It has not worked since it 1st came out. i played it till it said goodbye to joey and was suppose to move on to the 1st chapter but it wont let me. I have contacted EA through chat at least 1 times and they cannot fix it. they keep telling me to go through a series of steps but it doesnt work. I have tried playing the game on firefox, chrome, microsoft edge and even on my android phone. it will not let me play. it saying i need more stars (i have none and need 1) but it wont let me play to get a star. this has been going on since june 24th since the game 1st came out and its not being addressed. I am not able to compete in challenges because of this.HELP
