Gin and Canasta issues.

My friend and I could not find each other in gin or canasta if we had a private table so I spoke to EA and they had me run the trouble shooter. I did have a couple of things turned off that need to be allowed for these games and my friend did finally find my private table in gin but she could NOT find me in canasta so that one is still broken even after all my repair steps on my part so that needs to be fixed.

In the private tables it appears someone is spying on you, A MODERATOR that accuses you of swearing and says you will be banned if you do not stop. All I said was document. Apparently I was babbling about something that had the word document in it and the moderator accused me of swearing and threatened banning if I did not stop. Document is not a swear and I do not recall why I even said that word but apparently it was needed. Furthermore there shouldn't be any moderator snooping on a private game and sticking their nose in. Its not like the old lobbies where if you said a bad word 30 people would be exposed, It's just me and my friend we are used to each others language.

So these things need to be fixed still.

Oh, I apologize about the misunderstanding, @dcat14. I am not discouraging the use of Private Tables at all and I'm sorry if it came across that way.

I just want to compare saved settings, nothing more. If your saved settings are different from her saved settings, can you see each other? If both sets of saved settings are the same, can you see each other? I also wanted to see if there was any particular setting that was causing an issue on the backend, which would need resolved on our end if so.

What I meant for her side, is if she also sets up a game and password, if you can see hers okay, or if she selects quick play to get started. I just wanted to see if not seeing each other is the same case regardless of who hosts the table to start.

Ok I have no idea for sure what her settings are but probably the same as we have specific ways we play. Really don't see how RULES OR SETTINGS would have to do with seeing her online?
It says 1 friend on but when you go to find them there is no one there. My thought was maybe she was in stealth mode but she's not why would she do that when she was waiting on me?
I can tell you now that we played scrabble as well she finds me I don't find her. The game glitched on me and I had to stand and refresh and that kicked me from the table and so that made her the host and when I came back yup once again she was not findable.
Frustrated.
