you owe me gems all the way back  through when i renewed in 2023. WHEN WILL I RECEIVE THEM?????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????

If you cannot properly manage the site, close it!  or... GET SOME PERSONNEL THAT CAN!!!! This situation is unacceptable!!
