Sorry to say, but I have spent hundreds on this game, and sometimes (but not always) when I disconnect I lose all my accumulated energy and supplies. I bought the 1000 supplies early this morning, between opening up new pink areas (for real money) and playing myself, I had well over 400 supplies left when I disconnected. I also had 500 energy which when I came back in moments later had reverted to something like 42/80. These issues have been ongoing, and yesterday I didn't spend much because of it, however today it appeared to be saving, so I spent considerably more money. I really would like a refund of the energy and the supplies, or the cash I spent obtaining those. Thanks for your attention to this matter.
