I haven’t been able to play Home Story Solitaire for months now. I have missed out on so many events and pogis. For the money I pay per year this shouldn’t happen. Maybe when some of the games end and are taken off Pogo, they will play better. I have tried all the suggestions that you have given us but it still doesn’t work. It starts to load, then gives me an “Aw Snap” message . Please fix this problem so we can play this game.

I have tried all the suggestions that you have given me. I have deleted all cookies and history, updated my Google Chrome browser, but it still work. I have even tried it on a brand new computer still doesn't work. What is going on! I haven't been able to play Home Story Solitaire since the end of November last year. I don't know how to go incognito.. also today I went into Marge Academy and didn't receive my extra 46 energy, I should have 146 but only showing 58. Come on Pogo fix these problems, for the money I spend yearly and on gems for different games, I shouldn't have any problems. I'm so disappointed.

I haven’t been able to play since the Christmas event - website crashes!
Im tired of all the challenges that are on Solitaire home story. If EA isn’t going to fix the problem than us people that can’t get it to load should get the badges automatically. I haven’t been able to play this game October of last year how unfair.
Have done all those suggestions and it still doesn’t work. So do something about it. I’m very unhappy right now
