Want to see my transcript from there? I waited over an hour for someone to arrive. I spoke with someone, and they transferred me, putting me back at the beginning of the queue. I am again behind 100 people. EA is the worst. I swear there needs to be a class action lawsuit against them. They take money and give no recourse to get it back. It is gross.
