I am unable to purchase gems.

I cannot purchase gems even though my credit card information is current. This happened about a month ago as well.

Hey folks, sorry to hear you're running into this issue. 

I see you've said that it doesn't work no matter which card you use, can I ask if you've tried PayPal and if that also does not work for you?
