I can't get Pogo to accept my payment for membership

When a webpage is nonresponsive this could be an indication of a few things. The common causes are:

• Browser Issues: Sometimes, the browser itself can be the problem, make sure you have the latest updates. Also, some players who are using Windows 10 are not getting full updates, this version of windows is ending in 2025 and is causing a lot of issues already.
• Cache and Cookies: Accumulated cache and cookies can slow down your browser. 
• Internet Connection: A slow or unstable connection can cause pages to load slowly or not connect at all. Check your connection and try restarting your router.
• System Resources: If your computer is running low on resources (like RAM or CPU), it might struggle to load web pages. Make sure no other websites are open to free up resources.

Click on your username here on the top right of this page, then select EA Account, then select Payment Methods. 

Then go back to Pogo and try changing your plan or paying for it again under the My Account page shown in the first picture above.
