I can't play Canasta HD.

I can't play Canasta HD. I get a message saying they can't authenticate when it tries to connect to the server. This seems to be the only game with this problem.  Anyone else with this issue?

    @Newfy8tR Wanted to confirm if you were able to get this issue resolved? If not you may get a pop-up message on your browser or security asking to allow pogo through.

I was able to play Canasta by logging in on a different browser - Firefox - instead of Windows 10.  This was suggested to me as a quick solution by someone on the EA chat line. However, I still can't play it in Windows 10.
