I'm having trouble with 2 early access games: Snowbird

I've just reached the  Volcano level #4 in Snowbird Solitaire  when I click on the cards it makes a x and I can't use any of the cards.  I'm also still having problems with Jewel Academy I am nearing the end of the updates but when I click on the next level it goes to level 30, it will advance to the next level but the puzzles are from the 30's level.  I've cleared Caches, History, flushed, checked Java, tried both Chrome and Firefox nothing fixes it. Contacted Chat and they sent me here. Anybody have any ideas, or having the same problems?

    Hey there, @marychalo.

    For Volcano #4 in Snowbird Solitaire, one thing you can take a look at is if the cards are slightly shaded. It's possible that they're barely hiding under another card, which is keeping you from being able to click on it. Can you take a look to see if that's what may be causing the issue for you?

    As for Jewel Academy, what level are you currently on from the level select screen? Did the chat advisor check your account to see if they were able to reproduce it on their end?

  • I am also having a problem with Snowbird Solitaire Volcano #4.  EVERY card I click on gives me a big red X.  I've been trying now for 3 days and cannot play this game.

    Hey there, @jakesgrandma05.

    I'd love to look into this for you. Can you share a screenshot so I can see what your game screen looks like? It may be that some of the cards are 'covered' by other cards, and I just want to verify.

  • Yes I'm still having problem with Snowbird Solitaire.  I just quit playing this game.  It's easier than having to explain the problem.  There is a bug in the program.
