Hi, I have a question and a complaint. In Jungle Gin while playing in Quick Play, the person I was playing refused to play. The problem is if I leave I lose my rating points. I have encountered this a few times where people just don't play so they win if you leave the game. There should be a way to stand up and leave a game if the player refuses to play. Any advise or help with this issue? Thank you!!

@SpudNLibby we need to pass on to other players to come here and add themselves as having the same problem. I made a list of people not to play with that refuse to play. I totally agree with you and hope that EA puts a timer on like the old jungle gin so we can stop losing points and close them out of the game. Katisam3

@EA_Illium Evidently , nothing has been done about this as it's March 2022 and I'm having the same issue. Can't there AT LEAST be a "poke" button so if a person stays online but refuses to play I can irritate them until they leave and lose their points instead of me losing mine?

I let Pogo know this and they gave me a case number then totally ignored me. A lot of players are doing this now because of the unfair way pogo is calculating skill rating. If you lose a game you lose a large amount of points but if you win a game you only get a few points. So if the person I'm playing is really losing, they stop playing trying to force me to leave so I'll get penalized and they won't. It's a cheat techinique. Then the other day I had to leave the game due to a phone call, so I "stood up". Prob should have been docked 10 pts for that but I came back and no points were docked. Played another game and when I was winning 71 to zero, the game froze for 20 minutes before Pogo said "lost server".....so when I came back, I had lost 21 points!!! I don't understand!!! When I ask pogo how they calculate skill rating, they will not answer me. I have tried 5-6 times. HELP!!!

Is there a reason, June 2023, that this has not been addressed and the problem solved. If nothing else put an auto one minute timer on all games, or even a 90 second. Either time gives a novice a decent amount of time to make a play. Thank you.

there should be a list of these idiots and here is one junebug6201. I think we should all the names who cheat like this. Pogo does not give a damn or they would add a timer. Maybe its time to drop pogo!.

My problem in Jungle Gin when I pick a card it freezes then it says RETRY couple of times then it says quit game I have so many ratings because lots of time I am winning Why for something that I cant play

@SpudNLibby It happens alot! If I am winning by a lot on the first hand the opponent just stops playing, either wasting my time or making me lose ratings points if I leave. And what is up with getting 6 rating pts if you win and losing 22 pts if you lose?
