Tile Hero Not Working

Question

I know that they already have something up about it not loading, but mine "loaded" the other day and it said it couldn't load user data and started me over at Level 1.&nbsp; However it won't move past the screen where you can 'help' the person in the story.&nbsp; It says I need 1 star to do a task but won't actually give me any stars to move forward.&nbsp; It's literally been stuck on this screen for days, and I haven't been able to do any of the challenges for this game.&nbsp; Is anyone else having this issue?

I am having the same problem and have reported the problem twice over the last two weeks to Pogo, who hasn't responded.&nbsp; I've tried playing from 2 different computers using Windows and Chrome and the same screen appears at the start of the game.&nbsp; This is a programming issue and not a user/computer issue.

I just had 651 gems and tried buying coins and the game was stuck loading, so I refreshed and lost 400 gems.&nbsp; What is going on with this game??&nbsp; Come on POGO!!
