@missylam_FS Are you trying to access the settings of your browser or on your Pogo account? Would you be able to share a screenshot?

Me too - My subscription just renewed and I cannot play any games due to the cookies banner. Same issue - click preferences and it takes me no where. I'm ready to pack it in. Haven't been able to play for almost a week. C'mon Pogo - take care of this issue. Can't play on my Macbook or Ipad. So frustrating. Playing on other free sites when I'm a paid up member.
