On several occasions I too am not getting my "offline earnings" on both my Windows PC and Android devices. Sorry, I didn't pay close enough attention if it correlates to the number of houses/hotels.
Nonetheless, I am attaching three screen prints (SP):
1. SP1 shows the pop-up with the error message "unknown error has occurred, please try again". Note that my current total in the upper left-hand corner states 202,190.
2. So I tried again and got SP2 which shows my offline earnings are 414,800. When I select Collect I get the unknown error again. So I logged off of Pogo and shutdown my laptop.
3. A few hours later I logged back on. When I go to Monopoly Sudoku, SP3 shows my offline earnings are 386,800. If you look at my current total, it still states 202,190 so I never received the previous 414,800!
It's hard enough get money when I complete the puzzles, since I seem to get a lot of Pay money Chance cards instead of Get money Chance cards, but now I'm not getting my rent either. This seems to happen even if I am "online" doing the puzzles.
