[Investigating] Monopoly Sudoku - Unknown Error - Losing Money

monopoly sudoku keep saying I have an error and I loose all money and upgrades

    @tellboy46 What is the error message you are getting? Would it be possible to get a screenshot of it?

      @EA_Illium I have a screenshot of the Error that occurs as I play the game. It has happened more than once. I lose a lot of the earnings.

      @EA_Illium The error message I get is: "Unknown Error", and I lose all money I made during the game. This constantly happens. I waited for about a week to try it again, and tonight, the same thing happened after playing the game.

        @mlynn0924 Me too and its getting old. I sent emails which was as much help as a broom. Very irritating

      I'm getting the same error, screenshots attached. This has been happening for weeks.

    @tellboy46 I keep getting the error message and the money earned in the game doesn't get recorded. I have purchased over $100.00 in Gems and losing the game winnings and the Gems spent. Please help me with this issue.

    tellboy, I have been having this issue for nearly two months now, too!...reported it, AGAIN today...9/30.  Very frustrating because I enjoy the game. I am wondering if there is an upper limit ceiling that blocks any further progress once you reach that amount?  If not, I HOPE POGO will FIX IT.  This game becomes the GOTM next month, too. Not fun to play a game that doesn't work properly.

      same here. so sick of it. can't claim my rent, get the error message instead. can't claim the daily treasure chest, get the error message. and now i am losing money that i have earned by working puzzles. had over 2,153 million in coins, came back to only 2,147 million.

    @tellboy46 Seeing the same issue, tried all of the fixes, cleared cache etc, it is not functioning correctly. Very disappointing, It was a fun game until the new level with green button showing coming soon showed up. Please post when this will be resolved.
