It was iffy yesterday and it's not working at all today, all I get is a 504 Gateway Timeout notice. I wonder if that's some kind of a server issue that's also responsible for the original reason I went to the forum yesterday - when I purchase a badge, it takes up to an hour to get awarded, it used to be instant, just last week I had no issues but yesterday and today it's been a recurring problem.
EA Staff (Retired)Hi @EA_Illium , I can get into the forums now though specific topics are very, very slow to load.
However the underlying issue of badges giving out "unknown error" message and then the long delay between gems being taken out of our accounts and badges being awarded is persisting. It's been a week now and my tickets I opened with Pogo Help are being ignored/closed without any action or comments. I will not buy anything else until this issue is resolved.
Now the forums load up, but I cannot see anything newer than 2011 and I cannot sign it, it keeps kicking me back to the same screen. There is obviously something messed up.
I am having that problem as well
when I go to the pogo forums I have sign in button as well and when I try to sign in for the forums it just keeps taking me back and still showing the sign in button and not signing me in

Not having issues with games I am talking about pogo member helping member forums which they are not working again I am again getting 504 Gateway Time-out it is getting old

Getting 504 Timeout error trying to get into the forums.
This has slowly been getting worse until it is now to the point can't get in.
Gateway errors are almost constant..
yesterday and today I have not been able to view the Service Update which takes me to the Forum. All I ever get are Gateway errors. This issue has been going on for months. Inconsistent, yes, sometimes I can get in, but its either a slow response or a Gateway error DAILY.
Why do you ask the users what device they are on when it is always EA's issue? LOL

All other websites respond, with page changes as requested. ITS ALWAYS EA errors.

i have been trying to access the forums in pogo for days and all i get is the gateway error. this is becoming annoying as it has been a problem for quite awhile. how am i supposed to keep up to date on any issues if i cannot get in to the forums. how long is this problem going to keep happening as i know there have been numerous complaints of other players having this same issue. i have problems in chrome and edge. when will this situation be addressed and a resolved?
