Issues getting rewards for Merge Academy and Farm Merge Valley

I never get my reward for Merge Academy if it is for energy and if it's for crates in Farm Merge Valley I never get those either. Anyone else having these issues and what can I do to get the many rew...

I am also having problems with receiving crates/energy that I've earned in Farm Merge Valley.

I should have received an additional 30 crates and 30 energy from the Pogi Constellation
