Jet Set Solitaire - Unable to open next city

I'm stuck in World Tour Mountains and Sea.  The 3rd board " San Francisco" will not unlock.  I have 22 stars in Denver and 21 in Sydney, but the San Francisco board will not open.  Been stuck here for months!  I think there must be a problem since others say there are 26 tours available.  Can anyone help me with this? Thank you!

    Oh my!  After taking the screen shots and posting the last message my eyes are opened and I see that the first option is actually open on the San Francisco level!  Somehow I have looked at it before and it just didn't appear to have anything open it was so dark.  Wow, I can hardly believe I haven't seen that in the past!  Thank you for your patience.  At least I learned how to use the Snipping Tool!

    Hey there, @cbhme.

    At the bottom of the second board, it should list the number of stars you have earned towards the star goal. While I know you mentioned having 22 in Denver and 21 in Sydney, what does it list for the recommended stars for the level?

    Arrenai:  Thank you for your response.  Under the the San Francisco level (which is the 3rd and final level on the Mountains and Sea Tour) it says "Collect Stars to unlock final level 0/21".  I have already collected 43 stars between the other 2 levels, but they are not showing as part of this 0/21.  So the final level is not unlocked. I'd really like help to fix this.

    Hey there, @cbhme.

    Generally the count at the bottom is for the current city rather than the previous cities in the tour. Just to help clear things up a little, can you share a screenshot of what you're seeing, with the city viewable but levels unable to be selected? It would help a ton.

    I have attached 3 screen shots.  I hope you can access them.  1st is Denver screen, 2nd is Sydney screen, 3rd is San Francisco screen.  Typically if I complete the prior level airport it has unlocked the next level, but the San Francisco level is not unlocked.  What am I supposed to do?  Thank you!

    I have been stuck in Lisbon and Rome for months, have earned all stars. Will not move to to the next one.
