Jet Set Solitaire

I checked. I am still unable to get on. I can get on under my mom’s account. I just cannot get on under mine.

Any other suggestions?

Apparently POGO is unwilling or unable to fix this issue as I have the exact same issue and I see LOTS of other players do as well. WTH???

This is clearly account specific. If I play as a guest, on the exact same computer, I can play Jet Set. Once I am logged in, I can't. 

Has anyone at EA/POGO even attempted to figure out what it might be? Rather than just send people to other help pages?

I posted in a different thread about this, and have had zero response, other than other people having the same problem.

Here is copy/paste of the post, rather than retype it. At the time it was only 4 days or so. But basically it's been at least since the beginning of October.

I am having a problem with Jet Set, too. For at least 4 days now. It loads all the way until it gets to PLAY. When I press the PLAY button, absolutely nothing happens.

I've reloaded the game dozes of times by now, over the last few days. I usually play in Chrome. However, I tried it in Edge, Pale Moon and Firefox, and it acts the same way. I did also go through each browser and delete cookies/cache/history etc. I re-started my Windows 10 computer, too

I even just tried it on my phone, with the exact same results.

One thing I did notice : On Pale Moon, at the bottom left of the screen, it sort of "tells you what is going on". After I hit play, it blinks over and over between "Sending message to Google Analytics", and something else. (It flashes too fast to see what the other message is. But it looks like it also says something about google analytics.)

I have no issue with any other game. (Of course I don't play every single game, every single day, but this is the only problem I've on the site, at all)

I'd like to work on the challenge in the current event, but can't.

Obviously it's not a site wide problem, since I see many people playing.

Oh, I AM able to open game chat in Jet Set.

I hope you know what is causing this.

Well, this issue is STILL NOT FIXED!! And now they are using Jet Set in the Christmas event, so once you get to #15, you won't be able to proceed to any of the other challenges. This is so not fair. This is the only game that does not work on this account. I have a few more days until my subscription renews, and as much as I hate to do it, I will probably cancel over this.

I have also had this problem since October, have corresponded with at least four different EA techs by email and response is always to check out my computer, even though program works on my wife's log-in . I have tried on three different computers, four different  platforms with same lack of success. The last time I was in Jet Set past the PLAY screen I was trying to open the NEW room Snow and Tell I think was the name when the program locked up - have never gotten past the PLAY button screen again. There have been at least four badges and a couple of daily gaims since this started and now the game will apparently lock at game 15 and prevent ever accessing the last ten games thanks to POGOs ridiculous new "play in order" rule. So frustrating.

I have the same issue and it has been going on for weeks.  I was told a bug report would be sent but no fix available to date.

I have had the same issue.  They tell me that the problem isn't on my end.  Then, they tell me to follow these steps...blah blah blah which I did before I contacted them.  They won't even respond to me anymore.  If they can't fix the issue, then just say so.  I cancelled my subscription because of it.  If I can't play every game offered, then I won't play at all.  Of course, they won't miss me.
