This is clearly account specific. If I play as a guest, on the exact same computer, I can play Jet Set. Once I am logged in, I can't.
Has anyone at EA/POGO even attempted to figure out what it might be? Rather than just send people to other help pages?
I posted in a different thread about this, and have had zero response, other than other people having the same problem.
Here is copy/paste of the post, rather than retype it. At the time it was only 4 days or so. But basically it's been at least since the beginning of October.
I am having a problem with Jet Set, too. For at least 4 days now. It loads all the way until it gets to PLAY. When I press the PLAY button, absolutely nothing happens.
I've reloaded the game dozes of times by now, over the last few days. I usually play in Chrome. However, I tried it in Edge, Pale Moon and Firefox, and it acts the same way. I did also go through each browser and delete cookies/cache/history etc. I re-started my Windows 10 computer, too
I even just tried it on my phone, with the exact same results.
One thing I did notice : On Pale Moon, at the bottom left of the screen, it sort of "tells you what is going on". After I hit play, it blinks over and over between "Sending message to Google Analytics", and something else. (It flashes too fast to see what the other message is. But it looks like it also says something about google analytics.)
I have no issue with any other game. (Of course I don't play every single game, every single day, but this is the only problem I've on the site, at all)
I'd like to work on the challenge in the current event, but can't.
Obviously it's not a site wide problem, since I see many people playing.
Oh, I AM able to open game chat in Jet Set.
I hope you know what is causing this.
