- 4 years ago@EA_Illium I also have not been able to play Jet Set Solitaire since the beginning of the month. The games shows it loads to 100%, the button changes to PLAY, I click on it and it disappears, then nothing ever changes. A couple things I notice: at 90% the screen flashes black for a half second; if I click on fullscreen icon, the game screen goes black and stays black even if I return to regular screen. This is not an issue with my devices. I can play Jet Set as a guest user. I can play using a friend's account. My friend tried playing on my account - it does not work. This is definately an issue on Pogo's end with my account. So I am not able to play the 4 game of the month badges, the event challenge badge, and now today's daily challenge - that's lots of pogis I'm losing.

I am having a problem with Jet Set, too. For at least 4 days now. It loads all the way until it gets to PLAY. When I press the PLAY button, absolutely nothing happens.
I've reloaded the game dozes of times by now, over the last few days. I usually play in Chrome. However, I tried it in Edge, Pale Moon and Firefox, and it acts the same way. I did also go through each browser and delete cookies/cache/history etc. I re-started my Windows 10 computer, too
I even just tried it on my phone, with the exact same results.
One thing I did notice : On Pale Moon, at the bottom left of the screen, it sort of "tells you what is going on". After I hit play, it blinks over and over between "Sending message to Google Analytics", and something else. (It flashes too fast to see what the other message is. But it looks like it also says something about google analytics.)
I have no issue with any other game. (Of course I don't play every single game, every single day, but this is the only problem I've on the site, at all)
I'd like to work on the challenge in the current event, but can't.
Obviously it's not a site wide problem, since I see many people playing.
Oh, I AM able to open game chat in Jet Set.
I hope you know what is causing this.

Exact same thing happens to me also. If I log out of my account and play as a guest, the game works. It also works if I log into my friends account on my computer, so it is not my computer causing the problem. I have an ongoing case with technical support, but they keep giving me the run-around. I get their same old canned responses that are not helpful at all. I challenge any Pogo tech to log on my account at try to play the game themselves!

I have been going round and round with EA about this issue. I'm really tired of it now. You post in the forum, then they tell you go to here. You contact EA and you are told that it is not your issue...that it is the game. Then they send the same form letter telling you to empty your cache, etc....blah blah blah. You have already done that on your own and the game still doesn't load. Either fix the issue or admit that that you are unable to do so EA. Enough is enough.
