Solitaire Home Story Frozen Fantasy not capturing streaks

Having issues where the Frozen Fantasy bonus is not capturing my streaks for over 2 days. Streaks are at 0 and it won't move forward and give me the "gifts" and i have made many streaks and won levels.

Windows 11 version 24H2
