Jewel Academy will not load no matter what I try. I have reloaded, logged out and back in and tried different platforms

Jewel Academy loads then goes to the levels. Then a screen pops up that tells me to unlock the gate. Then the game freezes. I don't actually want to unlock the gate but the screen to unlock won't close.

I haven't received a solution for this problem. Please see attached screenshots. I'm having the exact same problem as the others with Jewel Academy. I've troubleshot everywhere I've been asked to.
Is anyone working on this?
I've gone through the HTML guide and still having the same issue........
