Jewel Academy will not load no matter what I try. I have reloaded, logged out and back in and tried different platforms

I cannot get this game to load
I’ve tried everything to get the game to load. Different platforms, cleaning out history and cache, all no good. I play on my IPad. All other games are fine. This is recent as well. I made it to level 584 but no luck after that. Pogo, please check this out.
I’m in the same boat. I’ve had this trouble for months and I’ve done everything they’ve asked me to do. My case keeps closing yet. I don’t have any answers. My challenge books are all full except for Jewel Academy. I have fairly new devices and I have tried two iPhones, and two iPads, and a PC under every single browser available and still nothing. Very frustrated. It seems to be an ongoing problem for years yet they’re still not fixed. It seems a lot of people are able to play and a lot of people are not. There doesn’t seem to be a common denominator from what I can tell.
How do I resolve this? Very frustrating!
