Jewel Academy Only Shows Background

I haven’t been able to play jewel academy in several months. It goes through the initial screen that shows the percent loaded then after clicking the play button the only thing that appears is the background. This is the only game that I can’t play. I’m playing in Safari on my iPad with the most current software. I’ve repeatedly cleared everything. Pogo is the only thing running. I’ve done everything in the troubleshooting guide. I’ve looked through old posts for the game and couldn’t find a solution. By the end of the day this will be the only challenge left for me to complete in the holiday chase.

    Thanks for letting us know about this, Depending on the device and web browser you are using can you try going through the steps below to see if this continues?  

      

    • Restart your device and modem/router then try to load your game   
    • Clear your Cache/Cookies (<-- link) 
    • Check your Device (<-- Link) for updates, Check for Browser (<-- link) Updates   
    • Check your device meets the Requirements (<-- click here) to play POGO games  

    If you continue to run into issues Please Let us Know what device and browser your using, as well as share a Screenshot of the Error or a DxDiag(PC) / System Info (Mac) of your device and we, can share this with the team.

    As previously mentioned, I’m using Safari on my iPad (6th gen) with the current iOS. I cleared browser data, I included a screenshot of what happens because there is no error message. I did everything in the troubleshooting guide, which included your suggestions. For good measure, I just did everything again, and nothing changed. I did all of this in hopes I could figure it out on my own instead asking and getting a cookie cutter response that doesn’t yield results.
