Jewel Academy
Jewel academy will not load. I get the magic bottle screen, click on play and then get a background screen but nothing else. Please help

Can you try going through the following steps and let us know if you continue running into issues after?
- Restart your device and modem/router then try to load your game
- Clear your Cache/Cookies (<-- link)
- Check your Device (<-- Link) for updates, Check for Browser (<-- link) Updates
- Try with your Browsers Incognito/Private Mode (This may require you to manually sign in)
- Try another Browser (Chrome, Edge, Safari)
- Check your device meets the Requirements (<-- click here) to play POGO games

- @RobAri20003 What device are you playing from? I found this problem myself when playing from my mobile phone and using the Pogo app. The glass jar would be 100% full, but no play button. So, I had to open Pogo in Chrome and it all loaded and the play button appeared... So, you might want to change the platform you are playing from... If you are using chrome, try a different browser.

Yes unfortunately. I’ve tried multiple browsers but it still won’t load. I’m playing on my mobile phone. Maybe that’s the problem.

@RobAri20003 I play from my mobile phone... So, let's hope that is not the issue!
Edit: I just went to go play Jewel Academy through the mobile app, no play button... Opened Pogo in Chrome, no play button.... Hmmmm 🤔

- Are you getting an Error Message? (If so what is it) no messages
- @EA_Illium It's really a hit and miss kinda of issue... I just closed everything, re-opened the app, clicked on JA and it loaded and the play button was there.... So, for further information, I then closed everything, re-opened the app, went to JA, it loaded to 100% but no play button again... 🤔
