Jigsaw Hunter doesn't display pieces

Game does not display pieces. I can load the game just fine. Been this way for several weeks. [CM edit - Updated title for clarity.]

I followed the troubleshooting instructions and am still not able to view pieces.

Since the new Pogo I have had trouble with several games. I am actually wondering if I should not renew my Club Pogo subscription. I have enjoyed Pogo's updates, but the glitches are making my experience not as enjoyable.

Let's see if we can figure out why it's still not working for you. I have a few questions to start with.

What type of device are you playing on? (e.g. PC, Mac, tablet, phone)

What OS are you running? (e.g. Windows 10, macOS Catalina, etc.)

What browser version are you running? (You can find this in the Pogo Compatibility Tool for PC and Mac)

    Hey there, @fullofgrace12Vh. Thanks so much for the info!
    
    It looks like your Firefox version may be a tad behind. The latest should be 79.0 which was released on July 28th. Can you try updating your Firefox version to see if it improves performance in the game?
    
    If you're still having trouble seeing the pieces, please try another supported browser, such as Google Chrome, to see if it helps with the visibility issue.
