Anyone else having issues with Jigsaw Treasure Hunter HD ? All I am getting is a blue screen. Nothing will load.

Hi @divideppAIBu @Kellyi813 I wanted to confirm if you are both still running into issues with loading Jigsaw Treasure? If so can you try going through the following steps? Restart your device and modem/router then try to load your game Clear your Cache/Cookies (<-- link) Check your Device (<-- Link) for updates, Check for Browser (<-- link) Updates Try with your Browsers Incognito/Prive Mode (This may require you to manually sign in) Check your device meets the Requirements (<-- click here) to play POGO games Thanks!

@Kellyi813 Exact same problem. First happened in early March, I contacted EA support, but didn't follow through as I was playing it for a daily challenge (all updates done, cookies, browser, cache cleared etc., over 15 GB ram available).

Funny thing was that when it came up as a daily again, later in the month, it worked just fine. Today, it is a daily again, and the same thing is happening.

Today is the daily for Jigsaw Treasure Hunter, and the game will not load. Just sits at the blue screen. Cleared cache, restarted computer, browser requires no updates, and also does not work on incognito window. This happened before and took months to fix. I lost track of how many badges I lost out on because of this happeneing to different games. Especially when the standard reply to clear cache, update browser, restart computer, etc, never works.

@stillhard315 mine loads I move a few pieces and then it turns blue. I tried chrome and edge. I get the same result. Did you find a solution.

@EA_Illium Have just seen this thread, tried everything except the incognito mode ... however, just attempted this to no avail.

Made a few moves, screen froze, then turned grey. Same issue since Feb/22.

I am also having the same problem. The game loads, but I cannot move any of the pieces. It has been this way since the site was upgraded.
