I on level 1757 in matching moments and my money is not resetting properly. A few months ago it was resetting to around 50,000 each time I played the game. Then it came down to resetting to around 5,000, which gave you a chance to win the level if you didn't have any power-ups and needed to buy more lives. Now it's only resetting to 2,781 each time, which unless you have alot of power ups is not going to get you through this level. What is the $ supposed to reset too? and why isn't it???? I'm very frustrated with this game!!!!
Hellooooooooo..... I posted this 6 days ago and still have gotten no response!!!! And the game is still messed up!! How in the world can I actually get someone to read this and help me!!!!
I posted over a week ago about a problem that I'm having with Matching Moments and no one has responded!!!! How are you supposed to play games and complete challenges if no one will help with the problem.
So here it is AGAIN....... For the last few months the money in Matching Moments hasn't been recharging correctly. At first it was at $50,000, then it would come back to $40,000, then it was $5,000, then $4,700 (approx.), now it's at $2,081. This amount is not working at all to win levels. I'm on level 1757, which is a hard level, and you can only extend your game once for the $900. Then you're back to just singles, because there's not enough money. At least at the $5000, you could make it through the level after a few tries. I lost out on the Surprise Event, plus others.
Is anybody else having this problem?
What does your game recharge too?
I'm very frustrated and after 20 yrs of playing and being majorly addicted to this POGO, I'm considering quitting!!!!!

I play Matching Moments myself and am currently on level 702, so first I want to share what I see in my game to help clarify things! From what I can see, coins, stars and power-upsare earned and accumulated through:
Completing Levels
Daily Free Collections
Side Games and Events within the game
Pogi Constellation Events (optional gift of money or power-ups at times)
I am not familiar with a specific coin recharging mechanism in Matching Moments from my experience at level 702. It is possible that something changes at higher levels that I simply haven't reached yet, which is why I want to point you toward a couple of great resources where players who are further along in the game may be able to shed more light on this!

I've certainly been finding lately that the money hasn't been recharging anything like so regularly - but it's never given me anything like as much as it's been giving you! I've never had more than 2000 and something coins. More money would appear out of the blue every couple of days (I've never noted exactly how often) but recently I find I can go a week at a time without getting any more and most of the games need you to buy extra goes.
Thanks for replying!!! I checked the forum and there are a couple other people having the same problem and not getting answers as well. Unfortunately with the game "instructions" I haven't found anything about the money. It's the amount in the upper left corner near the lives counter. I'll keep looking, thanks for trying.
to anybody having a similar issue with Matching Moments: I just tried to get help from ea tech support and well.... a few more people will have to report this issue to them and then they will send a report on to the next leg of the process. 😠 so please report it to ea support as soon as possible!!!!
