Jungle Gin – No Opponents Appearing / Cannot Join or Host

We've stopped trying. My partner and I played Jungle Gin almost every night for over a year. Now, it simply doesn't work. He has an iPad and I have a MacBook. Surely, you have tech people who can figure out what is going on. The length of time Jungle Gin has sat useless tells me maybe Pogo either doesn't care or should drop the game because its problems are beyond them. In any case, it isn't users' computers to blame. Obviously.  Are you trying to fix it still or do we just give up on Jungle Gin?????????

I am also having problems with Jungle Gin...which I've played often with no problem.  I always play with robots.  Now the robot space says empty.  The knock button is grey and I'm unable to use my touchscreen to move cards.  I've updated my computer and I've emptied my cookies and cache.  I have a Google Chromebook version:  140.0.7339.242 (Official Build) (64-bit)  Google Chrome Copyright 2025 with the update.  I haven't reported a problem for many years.  Thank you for your attention.  User name:  Agatha 61  Real Name:  Candie Stockinger.

Same here,  I tried a couple of different devices.  Jungle Gin is not working on any.

Thank you for your reply to my problem with JG. I followed your instructions but the problem on ALL my 6 devices. I cannot join a game at all. Nor, can I get joiners to my game.

Cannot start a new game in Jungle Gin.  Clicking on Play Pro gives no response.

I tested the game and was able to find opponents ...Could I double-check who is still running into this issue? 

If you are, please take a screenshot and share it with us. Then try the following steps (thanks abbycattx​ for sharing them):

✳️Graphics Driver Update > At times these automatically update, at other times it is waiting for you to update it.

• For PC/Laptop: Update graphics drivers (likely culprit)
• For Phone/Tablet: Ensure your OS is fully updated (Settings > Software Update)

Hello! I provide links to some of the troubleshooting steps in the posting. If you tell me specifically what you are looking for, I would be glad to help. What type of device and browser are you using and which troubleshooting step? 

Additionally, anytime you see something that sounds confusing or just want to know - "why do I have to do this", we can do a search online and someone has made a detailed step by step guide or video on it.

Example search: "I need to update my graphics driver on my Windows Laptop" or "How to Clear Cookies and Cache on my iphone."

This issue is not fixed or solved.  It has been three days now that when I try to join a game with a human I get the spinning wheel of death.  So I go to play the bot and I can't get into a game.  FIX IT.  My annual dues are coming up next month and I will not renew if these issues are not dealt with in a timely manner.

The thing is, I don't know how to check all these things that you say to check. HOW ABOUT SOME INSTRUCTIONS?

This is getting beyond a joke,,....,people are unable to join a table in Gin.....why? been like this for over 4 days now??
