Jungle Gin - Endless Loading / Spinning Wheel

What is wrong with Jungle Gin? It won't load properly. When I click on 'Play Humans' it gets stuck It's been like this for at least 3 days.

My jungle gin has not worked in the last 3 days I try to join a game with one of my friends and the circle just goes like it's cycling and then nothing so I tried to play a public game and it just continuously says loading I pay to be in this to play with my friends that are at home and there's not many options as it is and to lose one is unfortunate. Makes me think about canceling my membership what do I do?

Jungle Gin has been down for over a week. It will let you play the computer but not Humans. I love this game and play it every day. I don't understand why it's not getting fixed. Please do what you can to get it up and running,

I has been almost a month and it is still not fixed. When I try to join a game it freezes. I agree, I pay for this service and Gin is one of my go to game. If it doesn't get fixed soon I will be canceling my membership.
