Jungle Gin - Endless Loading / Spinning Wheel

I saw someone else made you aware of the Endless loading / Spinning wheel issues. The post I saw said it was solved, however, I am still not able to play. Is the tech team still working on this issue?

Jungle Gin still doesnt work, i can only play with puter. been like this for a few weeks!!

Jungle Gin stalls. The spinning wheel shows up but doesn't even spin. It freezes. We are on two computers, sitting three feet from each other. I can create a room, but the other person cannot join. If the other person creates a room, I cannot join. It is only on Jungle Gin. Pogo, you can do better than this. 

I has been almost a month and it is still not fixed.  When I try to join a game it freezes.  I agree, I pay for this service and Gin is one of my go to game.  If it doesn't get fixed soon I will be canceling my membership.

This is still an issue. Any updates???

Its been over a month since I been able to play Jungle Gin normally. C'mon, why so slow? Go back to Java or something. Anything is better than this. From what I've heard other games are messing up. Is it true you aren't fixing it because you're going to shut down pogo altogether? I hope not! Buuuuut, I don't know how long I gonna want to go through the refreshing, loading, spinning issues. Like today, I couldn't get a game at all. Thank you, velcrofly1957

I agree; it has been glitched for months, not days!  When my renewal is due, I will reassess my membership if Jungle Gin is not fixed.

• Date (approximately) when you first encountered this error: Early October, right after Jungle Gin graphics update (shuffling, dealing, and card pulling graphics changed slightly)

• Troubleshooting: I refresh over and over after the game hangs until I finally get a game to connect after ~6-8 tries
