Jungle Gin HD loading issue

Hi I have been trying to play the new Jungle Gin HD, It wont load, it goes to 28% and stops, can you help me figure out why it wont load please? [CM Edit - Updated title to reflect issue.]

    If you are facing the issue of loading stopping at a specific percentage, the Pogo team has requested DxDiag reports for the computers affected.

Hey there, everyone.

If you're facing the issue where it's sticking at 28%, please give it about 50-60 seconds to try to load from there.

If it still sticks after 1-2 minutes, could you please add your Pogo Compatibility Tool information to the thread? It would help a lot.

    Jungle Gin opens a blue screen and then nothing. When clicking on the home button, it actually asks if you want to quit the game. there nothing to see or quit.

      that is how my Jungle Gin and Mahjong Sanctuary are blue screen and nothing........please EA fix the problem and I see that all ya'll are quick to tell us how to fix it well lets see I have emptied my cache now it should be up to EA to fix their gaming site.
