Would you mind taking a moment to view the Pogo Troubleshooting Guide to help resolve the issue? I double checked the game before replying and it is loading/playing on the website itself.
Our devices (phones, tablets, pc, laptops, internet routers) are constantly updating, and those updates are often rolled out in stages depending on the device model and region. What you’re describing are scammers operating outside the official Pogo / EA ecosystem. Players sometimes search online for help and may see ads or posts claiming things like “Call here for support” or “Email us to fix your account.” These are not authorized support channels.
Please do not contact individuals or services from unofficial or third‑party sites. The only safe and legitimate support options are the ones provided directly through Pogo and EA.

Just played another round of JG with a bot, it loaded immediately, no lags. Worked perfectly! Perhaps your antivirus is interferrng, I don't know. Another thing causing your problems could be too many processes and tasks running in your task manager eating up your memory. Don't ever delete anything in your task manager without googling and making sure they are not essential. I check my Task Manager each time my pc restarts. If it's working for me, I can't understand why it's not woring for everyone. Very puzzling.

At what point does it simply become a scam site? But participate in our customer satisfaction survey. 😂 How about reading the room and fixing the games, or shut it down altogether. I've already unsubscribed, nothing left to be done.

Now Gin isn't loading at all. Isn't there some way to make this know to whoever is suposed to be running POGO, I assume the same people who are collecting huge amounts of money for it.
