Jungle Gin freezes up several times in last 3 days? Also can’t chat with player or see their rank!

I have gotten no error messages. In the last 2 days it has frozen at least a dozen times. Of course I get penalized and my score keeps going down. I have played in the last couple of hours and have been frozen multiple times. The last game I tried to play froze on my first play??? Very frustrating and the set up where you can’t chat and tell the other player you are frozen is very frustrating. Please fix this!
